Over the past few months we have had numerous people stop by our blog to see our photos. So many of you have given me positive words of encouragement regarding our photography. Having spent countless hours teaching myself photography over the past few months, I am both extremely happy and humbled by your feedback.
I have realized that what started off as a hobby has given me the ability to create memories not just for ourselves, but for others as well. I have started to get requests to do photo shoots for friends and strangers. As a result, I have decided to pursue photography as a part time profession. From taking portraits of people to donating my time for charitable causes (such as taking free portraits of terminally ill children as a memento for their parents), I hope that photography gives us the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends and give something back to the community.
